Are you a charity?

no, we are not a charity, but we are a social enterprise. This means that profits made are re-purposed through the enterprise through more employment or discounted goods and services.

What is a Social enterprise?

Think of an organisation that has the heart of a charity, but the brain of a business and you’ll get a good idea of who we are. A social enterprise needs to raise it’s income through trading and we do aim to generate a profit. However this profit is not consumed by shareholders or owners, rather they get re-purposed through more employment opportunities, launching other enterprises, or giving a way discounted or free goods and services.

What happens to my donated items?

Everything that gets donated to us will get sorted by our team. If it can be reused it will either go into our shop, be sold online or be sent to our partner The Baby Bank Network who will distribute it to families in need

Why can’t I find Kids Stuff Bristol on companies house?

While we are in the early stages Kids stuff is a trading name of South Bristol Grace Network CIC. As we grow Kids Stuff Bristol will become it’s own CIC and South Bristol Grace Network will launch more enterprises
